Promoplan invests in training and development
Promoplan’s Brand Ambassadors attended an innovative Sales Workshop hosted by SB Management.
The goal of this workshop was to learn more on client approach, selling skills and a positive mind-set.
All participants left the workshop with a certificate and lots of new tips & tricks to put into practice.
In order to exercise on that new approach, they have to follow a 6-weeks action plan and every other week they have to focus on one specific topic.
The Brand Ambassadors are supported by a team of field coaches who motivate them and evaluate their new approach with concrete figures.
Promoplan is now halfway into the process and they have already noticed a positive evolution.
More products are sold, more clients are open for conversation and last but not least, much more happy faces!
