Since the 1st of July 2019, Promoplan became part of The Sarawak Group. The Sarawak Group is originally a French company specialised in sales, merchandising & brand activation. The company has branches in Aix-en-Provence and Paris. In France, it is consolidated as one of the five leading field marketing organisations. In Belgium, The Sarawak Group is active as Sarawak Brussels (formerly known as Think and Go). Thanks to the integration of Promoplan, The Sarawak Group will become one of the largest field marketing agencies of the Belux.
As a result of this new collaboration, The Sarawak Group owns 100% of Promoplan and Serge Devos, Commercial Director Promoplan, adds The Sarawak Group to his shareholding portfolio. Together with the Sarawak Brussels Management team, Thierry De Rouck (Managing Director) and Wim Wauters (Managing Partner), Serge Devos will manage the Benelux business and exchange knowledge with the companies of the Sarawak Group.
